chemical and electric power industries. Notably, Wuxi Special Steel is a
distribution centre of alloy steel pipes appointed by Sinopec, a
well-qualified member of No.1 Energy Sources Net of China National
Petroleum Corporation and first-degree supplier for the Group, and a
well-recognized supplier for China National Offshore Oil Corporation.
Internationally, Wuxi Special Steel has gained good partnership with
some leading players from Japan, Germany, Italy, Spain and other
world-class manufacturers of pipes. Remarkably, Wuxi Special Steel is a
franchisee and distributor appointed by JFE Steel Corporation.
Domestically, Wuxi Special Steel has established good cooperative
relation with several renowned manufacturers, such as BaoSteel, CSST,
TPCO, Chengde Steel and Tube etc.
As a joint venture, Wuxi Dexin Steel Pipe Co., LTD.,(hereafter referred
as "Wuxi Dexin") founded in 2002, is a subsidiary of Wuxi Special Steel.
It has accumulated mature and professional experiences to manufacture
and process seamless steel pipes of large outside diameter (Max.
O.D.:48" , Max. W.T.:4" ). With an annual production capacity of
100,000Tons, the mainstream lines of Dexin Brand mainly include: roller
conveyance pipes, low temperature steel pipes, gas cylinder pipes,
structure pipes, liquid transported pipes, low-mid pressure pipes,
high-temperature & pressure pipes, all of which have been enjoying
popularity at home and abroad.
